These terms cover the Parcelona app, its server and this site. By using Parcelona you agree to them.
What Parcelona does
Parcelona drafts listings from what you tell it and your photos, and posts them to eBay and to a Facebook group for you, after you review them. It is early software, offered as it is.
Your listings are yours
You own what you list and you are the seller. You are responsible for what your listings say, for the price, and for following the rules of eBay, Facebook and any group you post in, and the law where you sell. You need the right to sell each item and to use each photo.
Drafts can be wrong. Claude can misjudge what an item is, its condition or what it is worth, and web prices change. Check every draft before you post.
To post to Facebook, Parcelona operates Chrome on your Mac, signed in as you, the way you would by hand. Facebook's terms limit automated access, and Facebook may limit, block or disable an account it thinks is automated. You decide whether to use it, and you accept that risk. Parcelona is not made by or affiliated with Meta.
eBay
Parcelona posts to eBay through eBay's official API, with the access you grant on eBay. eBay's own user agreement and fees apply. Parcelona is not made by or affiliated with eBay.
The free plan
A free account can list a set number of items (25 today). A listing counts once, the first time it posts. Drafts do not count. We may change the plan or limit drafting to keep the service running, and we will say so in the app.
Fair use
Don't use Parcelona to list things you aren't allowed to sell, to mislead buyers, to spam, or to get around the free plan or our server's limits. We can suspend accounts that do.
Updates
The app updates itself. Older versions may stop working with our server when a newer one is needed.
No warranty
Parcelona is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, mispriced items, removed listings, suspended marketplace accounts, or any indirect or consequential loss from using it.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings › General. We may stop offering Parcelona, and will give notice in the app when we can.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using Parcelona after that means you accept the new terms. Questions go to hello@parcelona.app. Our privacy policy says how we handle your information.
